I have been working with Emily Steward for several years now, and I just can't recommend her highly enough. I hire her to photo document dinners I host, shooting the scene, the people and the food. It is difficult to find one photographer who is skilled at shooting all three subjects well, but Emily really understands how to get the most flattering angles and unexpected moments that happen at my dinners between guests, not to mention making the food look amazing. She promptly responds to all of my communication, and within a few days has my photos back to me. She is open to my suggestions, and always comes through the door to my events with a smile on her face, ready to work. She is a polished and professional gem!

Abso-freakin’-lutely! Traveling is like my favorite thing to do besides taking photos! Actually, I have a whole page on my website about it! Domestic travel (outside of Oklahoma) is $700. International travel is $1200. If your traditional event is only a few hours away, travel fees start from $100 outside of a 100 mile radius of Tulsa.
All travel includes all flight, driving, rental car, and/or hotel fees that are booked BY me. You're already doing so much, and plus I love booking travel lol
Within seven business days of the event, you'll receive an online gallery with all of your event photos! You will be able to access, download and share all of your photos and also the gallery store where you, or attendees, can purchase prints and products!
We can't always predict the weather, and that's okay! I'm there rain or shine, as long as the world isn't ending
Yes absolutely! You will receive a video tutorial on how to share your images with as little or as many people as you'd like!
If, for any reason, the event is cancelled, there are two options,
1. We can apply whatever payments have been made towards a future event.
2. The non-refundable payment will be kept, but the additional payments will not be charged.
It's just up to you on how you'd like to handle a cancellation situation

Yes! It's half of the package total due at booking, and the second half due on the day of the event.
I don’t offer videography but, I work closely and often with NB PRODUCTIONS who is an out-of-this-world talented videographer!
Yep! Every event agreement comes with a non-exclusive grant of licenses, allowing me to still maintain ownership as the photographer, while giving you or your company written permission to use the images from the event for any advertising purposes.
