Launching my COACHING business has been one of the most intimidating things I've ever done.

You know, I thought I defeated "imposter syndrome" with getting so in the flow as a wedding photographer, and starting this new side of things has been a humble reminder that it never ever really disappears, it's always something to confront and deal with. But it becomes it’s a muscle that becomes stronger as you flex it over time.

My first-ever masterclass blew me away. I offered 10 free 30 minute coaching calls and they were booked out in TWO MINUTES. I had absolutely NO idea what to expect but it was NOT THAT!!!! WOW it absolutely blew my mind that so many people are already resonating and finding so much value in whatever words are coming out of my mouth, LOL!!

I am so grateful. I am so so so very grateful for all of you who continue to love, support, and encourage every new endeavor that I adventure into. Thank you so much for being here and for lifting me up. It means the absolute world to me.

Tonight I’m headed to a rehearsal dinner before the wedding I’m photographing tomorrow. Rehearsal dinners areee so fun and special to photograph because it’s your closest circle of people all together celebrating and telling stories about you before you commit your life to your partner.

My favorite part of every rehearsal dinner is hearing all the toasts and learning about what makes the couple so special. It’s so so sweet and gives me a deeper look into what makes their story so unique and makes the wedding day that much more special.

This day. Jeez. There are no words. Everything was absolutely perfect. From the sunny & 75 degree weather, to the custom cocktails named after their dogs, to their floral details throughout the reception space, nothing could have been better.

But what stood out to me the most was the JOY that both of the lovers exuded the entire day! Working with Jerryca was nothing short of the IDEAL experience.

If I had to take one thing from Jerryca’s laid back, and intentional experience from her wedding day, FROM MY EYES, is to relax and let the day be whatever it is. Things will come up, go wrong, etc, and it’s all apart of the ride!! Just have fun, and be present with your favorite people and you’re guaranteed to have an incredible day, no matter what may come.

Thank you so much, Jerryca for trusting me with your wedding day. It was such a blast and I kinda wish we could do it all over again so we could work together hahaha!

On Mondays, I take the day off. Sundays too actually.

Even just a year ago, I had a really difficult time stepping away from my work for even just a day. But this year I’ve committed to have two days off no matter what the week may look like. And boy, has it changed the game for me. I feel so much clearer headed coming back to work on Tuesday. I serve my clients better, and ultimately I serve myself and my relationships better.

NGL tho I’m a lil sad I can’t play switch all day tomorrow 😂😭
